Running Update
I've been running every other day for the past 10 days and I'm happy to report that I'm still going strong. My endurance has skyrocketed, I'm pushing myself mentally to just do one more 1/4 mile at a time whenever I feel spent and I've already become a fast runner.
I started off with running/jogging/walking/dying 1.6 miles and can already keep a steady page for 2 miles. I think I'll be able to achieve my goal of running 7.5 miles without ending up as part of the pavement!
