Labor Day Weekend is right around the corner and anyone who's anyone has received at least one invite to an White Party.

 
This is generally seen as the last weekend a person should wear white until Memorial Day so most people decide to go all out and look as fancy as possible. 

White looks great on anyone but works best on those that aren't on the pale side (off white or cream is your best friend if you are). These short, versatile dresses can take you from a Sunday brunch to a fancy party in The Hampton's with little adjustments. Top the dresses (or the super cute lace shorts that I recommend everyone has in their closet) with a pair of high heels, a minimal accessories and a cute clutch or handbag and you'll be guaranteed to turn heads. 

I put together this quick Polyvore look book with my favorite white items of the summer. Aside from BCBG and YSL's picks everything is super affordable and if proper care is taken they can last season after season. 

P.S. I am very against the no white after Labor Day rule. White is one of the best colors to wear during the holiday season along with gold and silver as I mentioned in my holiday season outfit post last year.
